◆Yoga Class in both English and Japanese◆
★Treat yourself to some self-care with our Yoga including Deep Breathing and Relaxation★ ★Yoga beginners are welcome to join this session with ease★ ★Group introduction session will be conducted after each class to make local friends★ ★Priority Invitation to Link and Learn International global events★
The class will be conducted by a bilingual instructor in both English and Japanese. In our one-hour yoga session, you’ll learn to control your breath and experience deep relaxation. After the lesson, there is a mini-talk time among students in both Japanese and English.
